Expert Global Solutions Acquired By Alorica

Plano, Texas-based Expert Global Solutions, a provider of outsource customer service, financial collections, and other services, has been acquired by Irvine, California-based Alorica. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Alorica said the acquisition will help push it to 92,000 employees worldwide, and $2.4 billion in 2016 revenues. Alorica is a large provider of business process outsourcing.
