HID Global Buys Arjo Systems

Austin-based HID Global has acquired Arjo Systems SAS, a European provider of physical and digital identification products for the government ID market, HID said late Monday evening. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. HID Global said it will merge Arjo Systems with its existing, Government ID Solutions business. Arjo Systems has operations in France, Italy, and Hong Kong, and has approximately 100 employees.
