LiveOps Relocates Headquarters From Silicon Valley To Cedar Park

Silicon Valley-based cloud contact center software developer LiveOps said Thursday that it is moving its corporate headquarters to Cedar Park, with plans to relocate to the new location by September 1st. LiveOps cited the recognition of Texas as a "respected international technology hub", as well as a family-oriented environment, and greatly reduced cost of living for its employees. LiveOps said it will open up a satellite office for its engineering and operations staff in Silicon Valley, but plans to build a brand new, 25,000 square foot headquarters in Cedar Park, where it hopes to move all of the company's 80 California-based employees; LiveOps also said it hope to hire at least 155 new employees in Texas over the next three years.
