LiveOps Cloud Acquired By Private Equity Investor

Austin-based LiveOps Cloud the cloud-based ontact center and customer service software developer, has been acquired by private equity investor Marlin Equity, the two said today. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. LiveOps Agent Services, the remainder of LiveOps, remains as a separate, independent company. The companies said that current LiveOps Presidio Partners also participted in the acquisition with Marlin Equity. LiveOps Cloud will continue to be run by Vasili Triant, the current CEO of LiveOps; LiveOps Agent Services will be led by General Manager of Agent Services, Greg Hanover.
