LiveOps Cloud Names CFO

Austin-based LiveOps Cloud has named Jeff Byal as its new Chief Financial Officer, the company said this morning, to head up its global financial, treasury and accounting operations. The provider of cloud contact center software said Byal will be based out of its Texas headquarters. Byal was most recently CFO and Interim CEO at NewComLink, and he also served at EZCORP, MSI Systems Integrators, Pamida, GiftCertificates.com, Gordmans and Appriss. LiveOps Cloud was acquired by Marlin Equity in December.
