American Airlines, Sabre Targeted In Chinese Hacking

Fort Worth-based American Airlines and Southlake-based Sabre have both been hacked by intruders linked to Chinese hackers, according to reports from over the weekend. Reports from Bloomberg and others said that both Sabre and American Airlines were attacked as part of a wave of hacking that hit the U.S. government's personnel office and Anthem, Inc.--which have been tied to state-sponsored hacking from China. Neither American nor Sabre have released details on what kind of information was lost in the hacking incident.
