HomeAway Spars With Austin Over Proposed Rental Rules

Austin-based vacation rental marketplace operator HomeAway has taken issue with a number of rules being considered by The Austin City Council, saying that proposed changes could force rental operators to go underground, and unfairly force an extra burden on local property owners, according to a report from the ABJ.
