WellAware Finds $16M For Oil, Gas Monitoring

San Antonio-based WellAware, a developer of oilfield production monitoring and optimization products, said yesterday that it has raised $16M in a Series B1 funding. The funding was co-led by Mitsui & Co and GenScape. WellAware said the funding goes toward expanding its operations and for product development. WellAware says it has now raised $61M in total.
