Favor Names RetailMeNot Veteran Jag Bath As CEO

Austin-based on-demand, delivery app developer Favor has named RetailMeNot veteran Jag Bath as its new CEO and President, the company said Wednesday. Bath was most recently Senior Vice President of Product at RetailMeNot, and already was a member of the board of directors of the service. Bath also previously served at Gilt Groupe and WeightWatchers.com. Favor said the appointment will help the company accelerate its growth, and expand its entry into new markets. Former CEO and co-founder Ben Doherty shifts into the role of Chief Operating Officer. Favor is venture backed by S3 Ventures and Silverton Partners, and now offers up its delivery services in Austin, Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Miami, Nashville, Fort Worth, San Antonio, San Marcos and Toronto.
