WhaleShark Media Names VP

Austin-based WhaleShark Media, the owner of deal and coupon site RetailMeNot.com, announced today that it has named Jag Bath as its Senior Vice President of Product. The firm, which offers up coupon codes and deals through a number of web sites, said that Bath joins from Gilt Groupe, where he was VP of strategy and new business. Bath also served as VP Product Management and Engineering, and acting CIO for Gilt. Bath also has served at WeightWatchers.com, Whichford Motor Group and Renault Retail Group.
