Interphase Files For Chapter 7, Shuts Down Operations
Carrollton, Texas-based communications and networking products maker Interphase said late Wednesday that it has ceased its operations, and filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. According to Interphase, the filing will initiate an orderly liquidation of the assets of the company. The bankruptcy filing was filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Sherman Division. Interphase did not comment on what led the bankruptcy filing. Interphase had made embedded computer vision products, networking products, and more, and had been founded in 1974.
