Interphase Gets Patent
Plano-based Interphase said this morning that it has received a U.S. patent. The firm said that Patent Number 8,217,997 is expected to be issued on July 10th, covering its penveu interactive display system. The firm said the principal inventor on the patent is Yoram Solomon, Ph.D., VP and GM of its penveu efforts. The US Patent and Trademark Office has not yet released the approved patent, but an earlier February, 2011 patent filing by Interphase shows Robert Finis Anderson, III, Hongjun Li, and Gregory Brian Kalush as co-inventors on a interactive display patent with Solomon.
