Accenture Completes Cimation Buy

Accenture said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Houston's Cimation. Financial terms of the acquisition have not been announced. Cimatnion is a provider of industrial Internet-of-Things (IoT) consulting, particularly in the areas of process automation, information technology, industrial control systems, and cyber security services, for the oil and gas, pipeline, chemicals, metal and mining industries.
