SailPoint Hits $100M Revenue Mark
Austin-based software developer SailPoint said this morning that it had more than $100M in revenues in 2015, with record profitability, and now has over 550 employees spread over 20 countries. The privately held company is majority owned by private equity investor Thoma Bravo, which acquired a majority of the company back in 2014. SailPoint is a developer of identity management software. It's unclear what spurred the announcement of its revenues--information which is rarely disclosed by privately held companies, although the $100M revenue mark is considered a major milestone for most companies.
