SailPoint Files For $100M IPO
Austin-based SailPoint has filed for an IPO, saying in a filing with the SEC that it is looking to raise up to $100M in its offering. The company has applied to list as SAIL on the New York Stock Exchange. SailPoint is led by CEO and founder Mark McClain. The IPO is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley & Co., Citigroup Global Markets, Jefferies, RBC Capital Markets, along with Keybanc Capital Markets Inc., Canaccord Genuity Inc., and Oppenheimer & Co. The company is backed by private equity investor Thoma Bravo. SailPoint develops identity management software, used for managing user logins into corporate systems.
