Upland Software Buys Advanced Processing & Imaging

Austin-based enterprise software developer Upland Software announced this morning that it has acquired Advanced Processing & Imaging, a company providing document management platforms for the government and school market. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Upland Software said the buy will enhance its workflow automation solutions. Advaced Processing & Imaging had been based in Boca Raton, Florida.
