BuzzStream Launches Software Out Of Beta

Austin-based BuzzStream, the developer of social marketing and influencer marketing tools, said Wednesday that it has launched its BuzzStream Discovery software out of beta. The tool has been in beta testing since December. The company said it now has a database of over 1.1 million influencers, which it extracted out of over 200 million blog posts. BuzzStream's tool lets marketers figure out which influencers are involved with specific kinds of content, search for information in biographies of those influencers, and also figure out which websites those influencers have the most effect upon.
