Rise Broadband Ups Speeds In Texas
Fixed wireless broadband provider Rise Broadband said this week that it is upping its broadband speeds in Texas, to up to 50 Megabites per second (Mbps). The company said it has expanded its Long Term Evolution (LTE) coverage in and around Hearne, Boyd, Weatherford, Goshen, and Pampa, in order to allow its subscribers with faster access to the Internet. Rise Charges $59.95 per month fo its Internet, digital phone, and managed router service. Rise targets areas which are under-served by wireline carriers, particularly rural and suburban areas.
