Liberty Hall Capital Buys ZTM, Merges It With Accurus Aerospace
Private equity investor Liberty Hall Capital Partners said this morning that it has acquired aerospace assembly maker ZTM, and combine it with Irving, Texas-based Accurus Aerospace. Financial details of the private equity transaction were not announced. ZTM is based in Wichita, Kansas, and makes large, complex metallic parts and assemblies for the aerospace industry. Accurus Aerospace--already owned by Liberty Hall--develops highly engineered machined parts, kits and assemblies and processing services, also for the aircraft sector, and in particular for the Boeing 737 and 787.
