Mozu Acquired By Kibo

Austin-based e-commerce software developer Mozu has been acquired by Dallas-based Kibo, Kibo said this morning. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Kibo said it would acquire and integrate Mozu's technology into its own e-commerce platform. Kibo is led by Kenneth Frank.
