Kibo Acquires Baynote

Dallas-based Kibo, a developer of e-commerce software, said today that it has acquired cloud-based personalization software developer Baynote. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Kibo said the acquisition would strengthen its software with personalization technology. Kibo is led by CEO Kenneth Frank; Baynote was led by Bill Hustad, and was based in San Jose, California.
