uShip Names New CEO

Austin-based online shipping marketplace uShip has named a new CEO, saying this morning that it has named Mike Williams as Chief Executive Officer and board member. Williams was previously GM of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Services at Accruent. Williams has also previously served at Socialware, Nextance, PurchasingNet, Motorola, Trilogy, and Memento, among other roles. In addition to the new CEO, uShip also said that Jim Martell has become Executive Chairman. Martell had been uShip's interim CEO since December 1, 2016.
