Vapor IO Names Trio Of Execs

Austin-based Vapor IO, which develops hybrid cloud technology, said this morning that it has appointed a trio of new executives to its team. The company said it has named Matt Trifiro as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), David Gino as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Catherine Bedell as General Counsel and Secretary. Trifiro was previously EIR at Xseed Capital, and also served at Mesophere, Heroku/Salesforce, and Desk.com, along with 1000 Markets (sold to Bonanza) and Wink Communications (IPO). Trifiro also is an advisor to Buoyant and ListenLoop. Gino was previously COO and CFO at Molecular Imprints, and also was at Active Power and DuPont Photomasks; he is an advisor to Quantum Interface. Bedell was previously at Rackspace, and also was an attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
