Klever Logic Becomes FlashParking

Austin-based Klever Logic, a developer of technology for the parking lot and garage market, said this morning that it has changed its name to FlashParking. The company said it has merged all of its existing products, FlashValet, FlashPARCS, and FlashMobile, under the new name. FlashParking recently raised $3M from angels Sam Goodner and Dan Sharplin, and says it now has 36 employees.
