Aurea Acquires Jive Software For $462M

Austin-based software developer Aurea announced this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Jive Software, a developer of enterprise collaboration software, in a deal worth $462M in cash. Aurea paid $5.25 per share in cash for Jive, which was based in Campbell, California. JIVE had been publicly traded on the Nasdaq as JIVE. Scott Brighton is the CEO of Aurea
