Vast Debuts New Predictive Analytics Software, CarStory Insights

Austin-based automotive information provider Vast is expanding its artificial intelligence (AI) driven car information product, CarStory, the company said this morning. According to CarStory, it has launched a new product called CarStory Insights, which uses the data the company has been collecting for 12 years, to help predict when cars will sell, and for how much. CarStory said the tool is aimed at helping automotive dealers sell cars at the right time and for the right price so that they can maximize their inventory turn and profit. Vast did not announce pricing on the new tool. Vast is led by CEO John Price.
