CarStory Rolls Out To Ford, Lincoln Dealers

Austin-based CarStory, the unit of Vast which develops artificial intelligence and analytics tools to provide automotive information to car shoppers, says its tools for the used car market are now available for free to Ford and Lincoln dealers. CarStory said that the CarStory Market Reports for used vehicles are being made available through the FordDirect website, at no charge. Financial details of the deal with FordDirect were not announced. CarStory has been developing its AI tools to help surface information on used vehicles to consumers, by analyzing shopping behavior and local markets to best position those used vehicles for sale. CarStory said its tools are already being used by Volkswagen, Hyundai, and others, in addition to Ford.
