Ihiji Acquired By Control4

Austin-based Ihiji, a provider of remote management services for technical integrators servicing connected home customers, has been acquired by Control4, a provider of "smart home" products. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced, however, Control4 said it acquired both the intellectual property and key operating assets of Ihiji. Stuart Rench was CEO of Ihiji.
