ZenBusiness Gets $4.5M To Make Creating A Business Easy

Austin-based ZenBusiness, started by Ross Buhrdorf, the founding CTO of HomeAway, said this morning that it has raised $4.5M in a seed funding round. The funding was led by Lerer Hippeau, and also included Greycroft, Slow Ventures, Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund and Founders Fund. The startup offers up an online service which makes it easy to create an LLC or Corporation, and handle all of the legal requirements an entrepreneur needs to handle behind managing and creating their business. ZenBusiness said the new funding will go towards product development and marketing. More information »
