Dell Mulls IPO, Again

Round Rock, Texas-based Dell is again mullling an IPO, according to reports on Sunday, after hedge funds pushed back against a stock buyback of tracking stock related to its VMware software unit. The move back towards an IPO effort apparently comes due to pushback from the hedge funds who own a chunk of VMware.
