Cirrus Logic Names New Director

Austin-based Cirrus Logic, which develops audio and voice signal processing integrated circuits, said late Thursday that it has named Deirdre Hanford to its board of directors. Hanford is co-general manager of Synopsys' Design Group, and also chairs Brown University's Engineering Advisory Committee plus also serves on the Engineering Advisory Board for UC Berkeley's College of Engineering, among other experience.
