ARCHER Systems Acquires Providio MediSolutions

Houston-based ARCHER Systems, a provider of services to the legal industry, has acquired Providio MediSolutions, a provider of lien resolution services for the Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, and MSA market, the companies said late last week. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. As part of the acquisition, the companies said that Integrated Financial Settlements and Ginger Susman have become equity owners in ARCHER Systems, which is also backed by LKCM Headwater Investments. ARCHER said the acquisitino will help its position as a technology-based provider of value-added claims administration, lien resolution, and other pre-settlement and post-settlement services to the legal industry.
