Perficient Acquires BoldTech Systems

Austin, Texas-based IT consulting firm Perficient announced this morning that it has acquired BoldTech Systems, a IT consulting firm based in Denver, Colorado. Perficient said that it paid $20.8M, split evently between cash and stock, for the firm. BoldTech Systems provides IT consulting, and also operates a develoopment center in China. Perficient said that BoldTech has approximately $20M in annual revenues. The deal broadens Perficient's footprint in the Denver and Rocky Mountain region, and also extends its offshore development capabilities. The firm said that 25% of its consulting headcount will be from China when the acquisition goes into effect.
