Perficient Buys Nascent Systems

Information technology consulting firm Perficient, the former Austin company that moved its headquarters to St. Louis back in 2010, said today that it has acquired Dallas-based Nascent Systems, a provider of business and technology consulting for the Oracle ERP market. The acquisition was worth approximately $18.1M, including $11.3M in cash and $6.8M in Perficient common stock. Perficient said that Nascent Systems has $17M in annual services revenue. The deal adds more than 70 people to Perficient. Perficient said it was advised by Ridgecrest Advisors in the deal.
