Perficient Acquires ePairs

Austin-based Perficient said late last week that it has acquired ePairs, a provider of Oracle and siebel consulting. Perficient said it paid approximately $5.0M for the firm, in a combination of $2.5M in cash and $2.5M in stock. Perficient said that California-based eParis has approximately $6M in annual revenue, and also has a recruiting center in Chennai, India. Perficient was advised by DecisionPoint International in the deal. According to Perficient, the acquisition is the twelfth for the firm since 2004; the firm most recently acquired BoldTech Systems in Septemeber, Tier 1 Innovation in June, and E-Tech Solutions in February.
