Perficient Acquires Tier1 Innovation

Austin, Texas-based Perficient said today that it has acquired Tier 1 Innovation, LLC. Tier1 is an IT consulting firm focused on the Oracle market. The deal is worth $14.25 million, split evenly between cash and stock. Perficient said that Tier 1 Innovation had annual revenues of approximately $11M. Tier 1 Innovation is based in Denver, Colorado.
