Perficient Buys E-Tech Solutions

Austin, Texas-based Perficient said Wednesday that it has acquired E-Tech Solutions, an IT consulting firm, in a deal worth $12.2M. The deal included $6.1M in cash and approximately $6.1M in Perficient common stock. E-Tech Solutions has approximately $10M in annual revenues, according to Perficient.
