Dura Software Finds $10M

San Antonio-based Dura Software, which develops a wide range of "niche" software products, has raised $10M in a funding round, the company said last week. The funding came from Ozone Capital Management, along with private investors. Dura Software--which previously acquired mobile device management company Moki Mobility--said the Series A funding went partially to the acquisition of Pleasanton, California-based virtual event software developer 6Connex. Financial details of that acquisition were not announced.
