Dura Holdings Buys Moki Mobility

San Antonio-based Dura Holdings, a new company which says it is acquiring and operating B2B software companies, said this morning that it has acquired Moki Mobility, a developer of mobile device management software. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Moki had been based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and was venture backed by Epic Ventures, Pelion Ventures, and Allegis Capital. Dura Holdings said Moki's headquarters will move to San Antonio, but the company will continue to have operations in Salt Lake City. Moki's software was used to manage the mass deployment of Android and iOS devices, such as in kiosks at restaurants, retail stores, and hotels.
