Transplace Buys Lanehub

Dallas-based transportation management services provider Transplace announced on Tuesday that it has acquired Lanehub, the developer of a cloud-based platform and community for connecting the freight industry. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Lanehub was based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. According to Transplace, Lanehub's community represents 150 shipper members, 250 carrier members, 180,000 lanes, and over $23 billion in truckload spend.
