BP3 Global Buys Futurum IT

Austin-based BP3 Global, which provides business process management services and software, said today that it has acquired Futurum IT, a Denmark business process management consultancy. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. BP3 said that Futurum IT had specialized in delivering business and IT processes, methods, and technologies, and that the acquisition is a "great opportunity" to grow the companies in the Nordics.
