NTS Communications Acquired By XFONE

Lubbock, Texas-based NTS Communications has been acquired by Mississippi-based XFONE, XFONE said today. The deal was worth approximately $42M. According to XFONE, NTS had approximately $8.8M in operating cash flow as of July 31, 2007. NTS is a provider of voice, data, and video services in West Texas, and serves approximately 47,500 residential and business customers.
