Offerpad Launches In DFW

Offerpad, a real estate startup which runs an online marketplace for residential real estate, has launched in Dallas-Fort Worth, and says it plans to soon launch in Houston and San Antonio. The startup, which is based in Phoenix, Arizona said the launch in DFW is its ninth market. The company let sellers submit their address and receive home purchase offers within 24 hours. Offerpad said it has opened up an office in Irving, which is led by Market Director Trent Capps.
