Stirista Buys PushWizard

San Antonio-based marketing agency Stirista said this week that it has acquired PushWizard, a push notification service for mobile app developers. Financial details of the buy were not announced. According to Stirista, the acquisition will help it enhance its "Consumer Identity" marketing database. PushWizard develops a software development kit (SDK) that helps app developers with push notification, and also helps those developers with monetizing those apps.
