ACS Buys CredenceHealth

Dallas-based Affiliated Computer Services, which is owned by Xerox, said today that it is in a definitive agreement to acquire CredenceHealth. CredenceHealth is a developer of software for the healthcare provider market. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. CredenceHealth was based in Nashville, Tennessee.
