LifeSize Scores Win At Private Equity Firm

Austin, Texas-based LifeSize said today that it has been selected by private equity firm The Blackstone Group to provide its high definition video conferencing systems. LifeSize will connect Blackstone's operations in North America, Europe, and Asia. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. LifeSize is a venture-backed startup backed by Austin Ventures, Lehman Brothers Venture Partners, Northwest Venture Associates, Pinnacle Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, and Sutter Hill Ventures.
