Freescale Teams On Telematics

Austin, Texas-based Freescale Semiconductor has teamed up with Tilcon Software, a provider of graphical user interfaces, for a telematics platform targeted at commercial and military vehicles, the firms said today. The two will combine Freescale's Media5200 processor with Tilcon's Interface Development Suite in a solution for automotive OEMs and telematics developers.
