Raytheon Completes Oakley Networks Buy

Garland, Texas-based Raytheon Company said Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of Oakley Networks, a provider of security and data leak prevention software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Oakley will become a new, wholly owned subsidiary of Raytheon, part of Raytheon's Intelligence and Information Systems business. The new unit will be known as Raytheon Oakley Systems.
