Dell Restates Results
Round Rock, Texas-based Dell said Tuesday evening that it has filed its past due financial reports. The firm is restating results from fiscal 2003 through 2007. The company is restating more than $92M in net income during those periods. The filings come two months after the firm first announced an audit of its finances, where it found that there were accounting errors and irregularities in its financial statements. Dell has been facing the possibly of delisting on the Nasdaq for failing to file the reports.
