Mirage Launches On-Demand NAC Solution

Austin-based Mirage Networks, which develops Network Access Control (NAC) software, said today that it is launching a new, on-demand version of the firm's software in conjunction with Security On-Demand, Inc. According to Mirage, Security-On-Demand will provide network security services to companies using Mirage's technology. Financial arrangements between the companies were not disclosed. Mirage software is used to control the access of computers onto corporate networks, and is used to more tightly control network devices and network security.
